Terms & Policies

The rules of the road for booking and visiting with us.

Last updated: 2026

Appointment requests

Submitting an appointment request is not a confirmed booking. A team member will contact you to confirm timing, complete any required clinical screening, and lock in your visit.

Eligibility

All services are subject to clinical eligibility screening by a licensed provider. We reserve the right to decline service if a visit would not be appropriate. Our services are wellness-focused and are not appropriate for emergencies or acute illness — for emergencies, call 911.

Cancellation & no-show policy

Travel fees & service area

We're based in Brickell and serve all of Miami. A travel fee may apply for addresses outside the standard service area. Travel fees are confirmed before your visit is booked.

After-hours visits

After-hours visits (outside posted hours) may be available based on nurse availability. After-hours surcharges, if any, are disclosed before booking.

Hotel, office & yacht visits

For non-residential addresses (hotels, offices, yachts, event venues), you must ensure the nurse can access the location and have a clean, private space available. Property fees, valet, parking, or marina access fees, if any, are the client's responsibility.

Group bookings

Group bookings and events may require a deposit. Final headcount must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the visit.

Weather & disruption

In the event of severe weather, hurricane warnings, or other safety disruptions, we may reschedule visits at no charge.

Payment

Pricing is confirmed before treatment begins. We accept major credit cards. Our wellness services are not currently billed to insurance.

Limitation of liability

Visits are subject to standard medical-style risks. By proceeding with treatment after clinical screening, you acknowledge those risks. We carry appropriate professional liability coverage. Eligibility determined after clinical screening. Individual results vary.

This is a placeholder document. Luma IV Miami should have a healthcare attorney review and finalize these terms before going live.
